Landlord Caught Having Gay S*x On Tenants’ Bed, Uses Wife’s Wedding Dress To Clean Up Mess

A REVOLTING landlord used his tenants’ bed for gay sex and cleaned up the mess using a WEDDING DRESS.

Carlos Quijada-Lara was caught breaking into Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGiulio’s £835 a month flat thanks to a Nest security camera.

The incriminating video evidence shows him and another man stripping before having a romp.

His partner then wiped his genitals on the dress Mikaela wore when she married Logan last year.

Quijada-Lara, 39, was also seen using a second garment to wipe a lubricant stain left on the bed sheet.

Horrified Logan was alerted at work about the disgusting antics by a message on his phone from an app linked to the camera when it detected unusual activity in his bedroom.

And Quijada-Lara is facing up to four years in jail after pleading guilty to trespassing in Colorado Springs in the US.

He will be sentenced in September.

Cops nabbed the creep after Logan sent them the six minutes of footage last November.

“I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise and it was strange because both of us work all day everyday,” he told KKTV at the time.

“I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and like restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw.”

President Mugabe Sleeps Off Again During Political Campaign (Photo)

For the umpteenth time, President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe was caught sleeping by the camera at a political campaign rally.

This is not the first time the 93-year old president would be caught napping during important political meetings, but he has often been defended by his loyal wife and others who always paint a different picture.

Man Arrested For Murder After A Woman He Gave Goat Heart Concoction To Help Her Detect Thieves Dies

The Enugu State Police Command have arrested one Adekunle Oseni in connection with the death of a 30-year-old woman identified as Ukoro Onyinye.

Ukoro, of Ugbodogwu Trans Ekulu in Enugu Coalcity East Local Government Area of Enugu state was confirmed dead on Friday, July 28, after allegedly taking a concotion prepared with goat heart which was to assist her to detect and arrest thief who has been stealing from her shop at Ugbodogwu.

Investigations have commenced into the alleged unfortunate incident with the arrest of Oseni, who allegedly prepared the herbal concotion with goat heart and who is now helping the operatives in their full scale investigations.

A statement issued by the Command on Sunday said the deceased had allegedly contacted the suspect having been directed by one of their male neighbours in the neighbourhood identified as one Alesinloye Nuru.

On July 2, the deceased allegedly contacted the suspect and after revealing her intention, he allegedly prepared a concotion which was said to have been made with other items and goat heart which according to him, will enable her detect and arrest any thief in her shop.

The deceased later took it and in the early hours of Friday, she allegedly started vomitting and was rushed to colliery hospital in Enugu where she was confirmed dead.

The deceased body has been deposited in the Hospital mortuary for Autopsy while suspect is helping in the investigations.

Mourinho Finally Responds To Antonio Conte Jibe

Jose Mourinho largely refrained from hitting back at Antonio Conte over an unflattering remark about the Manchester United manager's most recent departure from Stamford Bridge, the boss of the Red Devils sufficing himself instead with what may have been a sly reference to the Italian's elaborately restored hairline.

United continued their largely impressive pre-season form, bouncing back from an International Champions Cup loss to Barcelona by winning thanks to goals from Marouane Fellaini, Romelu Lukaku and Scott McTominay.

With one more friendly – against Sampdoria on Wednesday – to come before the UEFA Super Cup clash against Real Madrid, Mourinho said he was happy with his team's preparations so far.

"It was good for us because of the good pitch, the opponent was very well organised, trying to play from the back," he said.

"After the U.S. and jet lag, it was a good match where I could play 45 minutes each player and now a little rest before the Sampdoria match.

"Until now, no injuries, so let's see if we can start the season in this positive situation."

Daniel Sturridge Will Have Massive Season For Liverpool , Says Adam Lallana

 Adam Lallana has said Daniel Sturridge being fully fit next season would be like having "two new signings," predicting that the Liverpool striker would have "massive" campaign.

Injuries plagued Sturridge last season, but he has returned to fitness and appeared in all five of the Reds' preseason friendlies.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp recently said the England international was in the best condition he had seen since taking over at Anfield in October 2015.

"There are bits that we probably need to work at," Lallana said. "We have still got a couple of weeks left and it has been good out here in Germany. We have done a lot of sessions.

"When we were in Palo Alto last year, we had a lot of commercial stuff to do, but we had done all that in Hong Kong this time.

"This has just been strictly football while we have been in Germany, and that is what you want as a footballer. We are fully focused on it. I'm sure it is great for the manager to get to spend 24 hours a day with us."

American television news network, Cable News Network, CNN, has mocked Nigeria in its latest edition of “The Global Public Square (GPS)”, a foreign affairs show anchored on CNN by Fareed Zakaria.

Nigerian president Buhari has not been in the country for over two months and the news television in a query on its website on Sunday asked which “head of state from which country has not set foot in his homeland in over two months?”

The legal adviser of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State was allegedly killed by suspected assassins last Friday, July 28.

Nnoma Ashiedu was reportedly murdered around a supermarket at Airport View Junction, Okpanam, near Asaba, the state capital.

Speaking with Sunday Sun on the incident, the acting Publicity Secretary, Delta State chapter of APC, Leonard Obibi, described it as unfortunate and urged security agencies, particularly the police, to thoroughly investigate the matter.

Obibi noted that the ugly development was coming barely two weeks after a reported assassination attempt on Senator Ovie Omo-Agege in Warri area of the state.

"We are very worried and pained as a party that these things are already happening when elections, whether local government or general elections, have not even be fixed" he said.

“But we can’t categorically say now if the murder of Ashiedu was politically motivated; it is the security agencies that can confirm if really it was a political assassination. That is why we want to urge the security agencies, especially the police, to leave no stone unturned in unraveling the immediate and remote causes of this murder.

“We are saying this because about a fortnight ago, the senator representing Delta Central on the platform of APC was attacked along with his family members and associates while distributing empowerment packages to constituents in Uvwie council area.

“So, security agencies need to be up and doing to fish out the perpetrators of these attacks and ensure that justice is served to serve as deterrent to others and avoid a return to the evil days when political assassination was rife in the state.”

‘I Was Tired Of Her Using Pregnancy To Blackmail Me’ Says Father Of 3 Who Killed His Pregnant Married Lover

Arrested 57-year-old Ogbonnaya Igwe, has revealed why he killed his 35-year-old pregnant married lover Ijeoma Chibuzo, who he invited over to his residence at 22, Obohia road, Aba.

Abia State’s Commissioner of Police, Mr. Adeleye Oyebad, who spoke with Sunday Sun said the suspect had been in a romantic relationship with the deceased since 2013.

Ogbonnaya who shot Ijeoma when she arrived at about 10.30am with his pump action rifle, claimed he had given the deceased over N600,000 for her upkeep on the understanding that she would abort the pregnancy, said he got tired of her still exploiting him.

“The deceased Ijeoma Chibuzo was my girlfriend. We started dating in 2013. I didn’t know that she was married. In the course of our relationship she became pregnant, but we agreed that she would abort the pregnancy. I gave her N600,000 for the abortion and for her upkeep.
“Not long after she came back and took N200,000 and another N400,000, because of the pregnancy. I even had to sell my house worth more than N1million, all to appease her to abort the pregnancy. Then I realized that she was just defrauding me because of the pregnancy.
“When I was tired of the issue of Ijeoma using the pregnancy to blackmail me, I decided to invite her to my house when she demanded another N600,000. She came around 10:30am on July 9, 2017. Immediately she arrived, I went inside my bedroom, picked one of my pump-action rifles and shot her dead.”

Ogbonnaya further revealed that he had licence for the pump action rifle.

The State’s Police commissioner, said the husband of the deceased Onuoha Chibuzo, was invited to the station to identify the corpse before it was taken to the mortuary, as he further disclosed that the suspect who is also married with 3 kids would be arraigned in court following completion of investigation and the case diligently prosecuted.

An eye witness during the unease told Naaija.com that, the Soldiers who caught him performing the ritual on the bridge heard a recurring chant of incantations with the name Ijeoma and quietly sneaked closer to the direction of the voice, but the suspect noticed their presence and ran away but the soldiers pursued and tracked him to his house where the wife pleaded for mercy but case was subsequently handed over to the Oduloju community.

When the day became bright, the Oduloju communty reported to the Sabo-Ajangbadi police station where the suspect is currently detained.

The police has also searched his house and found nothing implicating although there’s a widespread rumour that the wife is paying off the security persons who visit the house.

Chelsea Must Avoid a 'Jose Mourinho Season', Says Antonio Conte

Jose Mourinho won the league with Chelsea in 2015 but was sacked the next season with the club in 16th place.

"Two years ago Chelsea finished 10th; that cannot happen again," Conte said.

The last team to win back-to-back Premier League titles were Manchester United, who completed a hat-trick of successive wins in 2008-09.

"We know the difficulty and for sure we want to avoid the Mourinho season with Chelsea," Conte added.

Two Killed In Johannesburg Football Stadium Crush

At least two people have been killed and 17 injured in a crush at South Africa's biggest stadium, football officials say.
It took place during the Soweto derby between football clubs Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates in Johannesburg.

Orlando Pirates said the crush happened when people attempted to push their way through the gates into the 87,000-capacity FNB stadium.
Authorities allowed the pre-season cup game to continue.

Public safety official Michael Sun said on Twitter that all gates at the stadium had been opened to ensure crowd control and that the situation was later brought under control.
Of the 17 injured, one is in a critical condition, the stadium managers said.

It was rebuilt for the 2010 football World Cup, where it was known as Soccer City and hosted the final between Spain and the Netherlands.

In April 2001, 43 supporters died in a crush during another match between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates at the Ellis Park stadium in Johannesburg.

And 10 years before that, 42 people died in a crush between the same two teams at the Oppenheimer Stadium in the city of Orkney.

Customs Intercepts 3 Containers Of 140 Imported Live Snakes & 660 Other Animals In Calabar

3 consignments containing 140 species of snakes and 660 other animals imported into Nigeria from Cameroon, was intercepted on Wednesday by Nigeria’s Customs Service.

The other animals which inlcude geckos, millipedes, hairy frogs and spiders said to be worth about N6.9m, were brought in aboard a Cameroonian vessel, MV Flesh, through the Calabar waterways to the National Inland Waterways Authority jetty in Calabar, Cross River State.

The Customs Area Comptroller in charge of Calabar Free Trade Zone, Mrs. Nanbyen Burromvyat, said the consignments were intercepted by vigilant officers on July 24, 2017.

She said the consignments, which were Lagos-bound, were prohibited items under the Schedule 3 of the Revised Import Prohibition List (Trade) in the Common External Tariff.

She said: “These containers have animals of different sizes. They were brought in on July 24, 2017, through this Calabar waterway. The consignment was spotted by our vigilant officers and they contain live animals.
“There is no provision for permit to bring them in. We are seizing them and handing the containers over to the Nigerian Quarantine Services for further necessary action.
“I do not know what they want to do with it, but I think it will be dangerous for us because it contains snake, spiders, geckos and other creatures. We have enough snakes around Nigeria already and it will be suspicious importing this. I do not know what to think because I do not know what they can be used for.”

22-year old Abia State University graduate of History, Uchechukwu Oriaku, who was allegedly caught this afternoon molesting a girl of 10 years + in his house, was lynched by youths of Olokoro in Umuahia South LGA of Abia State who caught him red-handed.

The victim’s father who is a furniture maker, alleged that Uchechukwu met him this morning at home and hinted him about a certain business he needed both of them to execute.

Their meeting led to a 2pm appointment because he had a job at  building site this morning.  He went further to disclose that he was still at the site when he received a phone call from one of the boys in community, that Uchechukwu had been caught molesting his daughter.

Narrating what happened, the girl alleged that Uchechukwu came back to their house when her father had left, and took her to his house with the notion that he bought her a new pair of slippers.

On getting to the house, he started touching her privates.He was still on the act, when youths in the area got feelers about the sordid event and caught him in the act. The culprit who confessed to the said act, disclosed that the slippers he bought for the girl belonged to his 18 year old sister, and further blamed the devil for the act.
