Photo: Woman shows off her body after she was allegedly flogged by soldiers in Port Hacourt

Someone shared this photo on Facebook claiming the girl, reportedly from Akwa Ibom was flogged by soldiers this morning in Port Harcourt. Does the body look like that of a woman? She's wearing a bra though...but I keep wondering why would a woman be flogged like this?
