Nigeria's former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani Kayode is claiming that Transportation Minster, Rotimi Amaechi is the owner of the 'orphaned' $43M uncovered by EFCC in Lagos, on 12th April.
He also said that the Ikoyi flat the money was found is also Rotimi's.
