Done Deal: Liverpool Secures Eighth Summer Arrival

Liverpool have signed striker Brooks Lennon from MLS side Real Salt Lake as their eighth summer arrival.

The 17-year-old American has become Liverpool's eighth summer signing and the third to be completed this week after the arrivals of Nathaniel Clyne from Southampton and Barcelona winger Bobby Adekanye.

According to the Liverpool Echo, the USA Under-18 international will join the club's academy in the hope of impressing and making the step up to Brendan Rodgers' first team.

Lennon, who has been labelled the USA's hottest prospect, scored 31 goals for Real Salt Lake's academy side last season.
