Manchester City have completed the signing of Aston Villa Midfielder Fabian Delph less than a week after he vowed to stay at Villa Park this summer.
The England International made a second U-turn on his future earlier on Friday after receiving reassurance that his England place would not be jeopardised by a squad role at the Etihad Stadium.
The Midfielder put pen to paper on a five-year contract with City after undergoing a medical on Friday, which is understood to earn him £100,000 per week.
"Fabian Delph is an excellent player and I am looking forward to working with him," his new manager, Manuel Pellegrini, told City's official website.
"He has made a huge impact in recent seasons at Aston Villa and is now one of the brightest young midfielders in the Premier League.
